SleepBalance Shipping Policy

At SleepBalance, we are committed to providing reliable and fast worldwide shipping, ensuring you receive your order with care and quality every step of the way.


Order Processing

After placing your order, it will be carefully checked and prepared at our fulfillment center. We inspect each item to ensure quality and, if applicable, pre-charge any rechargeable components so your SleepBalance device is ready to use upon arrival.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.


Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment in real time.

Typical delivery times:

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 4–6 business days

  • Rest of Europe / United States / Canada / Australia: 4–7 business days

Important:
Shipping times do not include potential customs delays or extended processing during peak seasons such as New Year, Black Friday, and Valentine’s Day.

We offer secure, Track & Trace shipping for a flat rate:

  • Netherlands: Express Shipping — $4.95

  • Belgium: Express Shipping — $4.95

  • Germany: Express Shipping — $4.95

  • Rest of Europe: Express Shipping — $4.95


Order Changes & Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that processing begins immediately after your order is received, so adjustments may not always be possible.
