At SleepBalance, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the policy below to understand how refunds and returns are handled.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund for the following reasons:
1. Defective or Damaged Product
If your SleepBalance wristband arrives defective or damaged:

We will send a free replacement immediately.

If a replacement also arrives defective, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:

We will replace it free of charge, or

Issue a full refund if preferred.
3. Change of Mind / Not Wanted Anymore
If you no longer want the item:

You may return it within 100 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Item must be unused and in original condition.
4. Does Not Fit / Incorrect Color
If you ordered the wrong size or color:

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 100 days.

5. Other Situations
If your case does not match the above, contact us — we will work with you to find a fair solution.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email support@sleepbalance.com within 100 days of receiving your order.
Include:

Reason for return

Photos (if damaged or defective)
Step 2 — Approval & Return Address
Our customer service team will confirm your eligibility and provide the correct return address.
Step 3 — Ship the Item
Once approved:

Send the return within 5 business days

Use tracked shipping

Share the tracking number with our team
Step 4 — Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

Refunds are processed within 5 business days

Issued via the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not possible for:

Pre-ordered items

Used items or items not in original condition

Unauthorized returns (those not approved by customer service)
Products Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
